Through the awareness of physical, mental, and emotional sensations, Bong is constantly reminded of this wild miracle of life and the power of connection and community.

A classroom art teacher in the Bay Area for 8 years, Bong is part of The Teaching Well team as a Mindful Support Specialist, with intentions to create change through the sharing of mindfulness and somatic practices to heal the education system, school ecosystems, and beyond.

This racial affinity work is part of a larger prayer of reconnection with ancestry and lineage, as well as transformation of internalized racism and oppression into empowerment and collective liberation.
