Marisol Pineda Conde

Marisol Pineda Conde (she/her/ella) is the Deputy Director of The Teaching Well.

She is a Mexican born and Los Angeles raised educator with over 13 years of experience as a classroom teacher, operations coordinator, and school leader. Prior to The Teaching Well, Marisol served as the Principal of a high school for 7 years where she led the transformation of school culture through a human centered and restorative practice approach.

As an educator, Marisol brings a passion for equity, student centered, project based learning, and culturally responsive instruction. Her somatic and mindfulness practice began through her work with The Teaching Well partnership as a school leader.
